Digital Project Manager

We have a beautiful office overlooking Millennium Park and Lake Michigan that serves as the perfect setting for collaboration in our hybrid environment (in office Mon/Weds).

Project Managers at Envisionit fully own and communicate vision, goals and solutions to the internal team. They are the captains who always knows our destination, how we're going to get there and will steer us back in the right direction if we veer off course. They understand that one size does not fit all and are able to adapt their approach to the context and constraints of each project. Key functions:

• Manage day-to-day internal communication & process; provide crystal clarity to the team through effective comms, project briefs, status reports and project plans
• Manage the internal team by creating plans, scoping, managing budgets, organizing/communicating tasks and maintaining the project schedule which defines activities, deliverables, dependencies, effort, timing and staff needs
• Ensure project delivery is strategically on-point, on-time and on budget
• Be the ultimate point of accountability for quality of work delivered; provide feedback and direction before presenting to clients, raise awareness of all project issues/risks and proactively find solutions
• Be the point of escalation and problem-solver to address any challenges that arise, providing solutions that meet both client and agency success criteria
• Provide guidance and hard facts to the AD to help them make decisions regarding scope creep and change orders

Our ideal Project Manager has:

• 3+ years experience managing a fully integrated marketing campaign from kickoff to flight
• Experience with 2 or more of the following disciplines: creative campaigns, paid media, SEO, website builds, lead-gen programs
• An innate sense of accountability and effortless ability to drive outcomes while respecting budgets and margin
• Deep curiosity and a proactive solutions mindset
• An organized individual that is able to help people of diverse skills and personalities stay organized and on track
• Proven ability to push past challenges with a positive attitude
• A team player that is an asset to the agency, willing to work on internal initiatives, share knowledge and thought leadership in service of education and promoting agency expertise

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - 85,000 USD. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and any potential offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process.
