Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, with the opportunity for some remote work. As a District Manager, you will oversee dealer relationships, provide strategic guidance, and ensure the successful implementation of F&I product solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions for dealership teams, analyzing dealership performance, offering recommendations to optimize processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Regular travel to client locations within the assigned district is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in sales management, relationship management, and developing strategic solutions
• Experience in training and coaching teams, particularly in dealership operations or the automotive industry
• Strong analytical skills to assess dealership performance and implement process improvements
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to travel regularly within the assigned region
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Automotive Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Previous experience in F&I product implementation or automotive dealership operations is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
