- Deliver exceptional technical support to end users, ensuring swift resolution of issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Effectively communicate technical information to users across all organizational levels.
- Collaborate with IT teams to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Document support activities in the ticketing system and contribute to knowledge articles.
- Participate in testing and deploying new hardware and software solutions.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience with iPhones and iPads.
- Familiarity with HP Secure Print technology.
- Working towards or possessing a technical degree or certification.
- 2+ years of experience in desktop support.
