Jr. IT Analyst

Join our team as a Jr. IT Analyst, where you'll provide top-notch technical support to end users both on-site and remotely. If you have a passion for technology and enjoy solving technical challenges, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support to end users, ensuring swift resolution of issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Effectively communicate technical information to users across all organizational levels.
• Collaborate with IT teams to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Document support activities in the ticketing system and contribute to knowledge articles.
• Participate in testing and deploying new hardware and software solutions.

Skills

• Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with iPhones and iPads.
• Familiarity with HP Secure Print technology.
• Working towards or possessing a technical degree or certification.
• 2+ years of experience in desktop support.
