$50,000 – $80,000 (Base + OTE)

At Camino Search, we partner with private equity funds and PE-backed tech businesses to hire the talent behind acquisitions, growth, and value creation.

This is a chance to join our M&A team early in Tampa, working directly with investors and deal teams on transaction-driven hires.

Ideal for finance grads interested in M&A, private equity, or corporate finance who want exposure to deals in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

What you'll be trained on:

• Headhunting M&A, corporate finance, and strategy professionals
• Managing full processes from outreach to close
• Working with PE funds and leadership teams on live, deal-related hires
• Building a network across M&A and private equity markets

Who we're looking for:

• Recent graduate (Finance, Economics, Business preferred) or someone that has been in an outbound sales role
• Competitive and commercially minded
• Strong interest in M&A, private equity, or financial markets
• Motivated by performance and earning potential
