Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Tampa, FL. The Sales Representative will focus on building relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions for aggregate sales and transportation services. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, coordinating logistics, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The representative will also collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and identify opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster client relationships
• Strong organizational and time management abilities for handling client accounts and meeting deadlines
• Basic understanding of transportation logistics and aggregate materials is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL
• Previous experience in a sales role within the construction, recycling, or transportation industries is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
