Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Coordinator who is eager to grow from traditional marketing foundations into innovative digital and grassroots strategies within the fast-paced CRE industry.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys storytelling, design, social media, analytics, and bringing properties to life through marketing.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Create eye-catching flyers, email campaigns, and social media content that tell each property’s unique story

• Manage and update property listings across company and third-party platforms

• Develop closed-deal announcements and specialty marketing campaigns

• Support branding efforts through signage, tour books, maps, aerials, and demographic reporting

• Build engaging social content that positions brokers and teams as thought leaders

• Analyze campaign performance and provide marketing insights

• Assist with tenant enhancement opportunities and creative listing strategies

• Maintain organized digital deal files and support day-to-day office operations as needed

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Introductory Adobe Photoshop experience required

• Canva proficiency required

• Mapping/GIS experience is a plus

• Real Estate Marketing experience is a plus
