Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Learning & Development Reporting Analyst. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support learning evaluation and assessment frameworks across programs
  • Design and deliver analytics and reporting to measure training effectiveness
  • Apply research methods and statistical analysis to assess learning outcomes
  • Build and maintain automated reporting solutions using data and analytics tools
  • Partner with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and leadership to align initiatives
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for program improvement
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adherence to internal and regulatory standards
  • Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Support continuous improvement of learning programs and evaluation processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in learning analytics, reporting, or program evaluation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Knowledge of research methods and statistical analysis techniques
  • Proficiency in Excel and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
  • Familiarity with AI tools or automation in analytics
  • Understanding of data governance and quality standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
