Base: $125,000 - $160,000 (+ performance commission)

Role Summary

Lead enterprise sales initiatives across a 6-8 state territory, partnering with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies for major financial institutions ($3B+ in assets). This executive-level position requires autonomy in managing high-value client relationships while driving multi-million-dollar deals. You will design territory strategies, manage large-scale implementations, and create business impact through MEDDPICC processes and executive account management.



Key Responsibilities

  • Independently develop and execute territory-wide sales strategies targeting enterprise financial institutions ($3B+ in assets) in partnership with senior leadership
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key financial institution senior leaders
  • Conduct 10-15 executive-level sales presentations monthly with C-Suite, Board members, and senior executive leadership teams
  • Lead complex sales cycles ranging from 6-18 months
  • Coordinate weekly travel across multi-state territory to maintain executive presence and relationship continuity
  • Drive measurable business impact through strategic sales initiatives, market expansion, and emerging opportunity identification
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to influence roadmap based on enterprise market insights


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven enterprise B2B sales experience in consultative selling with large corporate clients
  • Minimum 5+ years selling specifically to financial institutions ($3B+ assets - banks, credit unions, fintech)
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently closing deals exceeding $1M annually
  • Extensive experience managing large enterprise accounts with complex multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
  • Demonstrated history of leveraging partnerships to advance deals
  • Proven ability to operate with complete independence alongside senior leadership collaboration
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce expertise preferred)
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills for C-Suite and Board-level audiences
  • Strategic thinking capability with ability to create transformational business impact


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise fintech solutions, digital banking platforms, or financial analytics products
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Established network of executive relationships within the financial services industry


Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $125,000-$160,000
  • Performance Commission: Uncapped, with $250,000-$300,000 OTE at sales target
