Compensation:$60,000-$85,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE: $110,000-$150,000 first year)

The RoleWe're hiring our first dedicated Account Executive to own the Georgia independent dealership market. You'll leverage your existing automotive software/CRM/tech sales experience to prospect, demo, and close 5-10 new independent dealerships per month.
You already know how to sell to dealerships—we're giving you a better product to sell.
This is a hunter role built for someone who understands dealership pain points, speaks their language, and has a proven track record selling software, CRM, DMS, F&I products, or dealership technology solutions.
What You'll Do DailyProspecting & Outreach (50% of your time):
- Make 50-100+ outbound calls daily to independent dealership owners, GMs, and decision-makers (you already know how to get past gatekeepers)
- Execute multi-channel cadences (phone, email, LinkedIn, SMS) targeting independent dealers, BHPH operators, and small dealer groups
- Attend GIADA events, dealer networking meetings, and industry conferences
- Conduct in-person visits to dealerships within Georgia (2-3 days/week field time)
- Leverage your existing automotive industry network for warm introductions
Sales & Closing (40%):
- Run product demos showcasing AI voice automation ROI (response time, missed call reduction, appointment booking rates)
- Qualify prospects based on dealership pain points you already understand (BDC staffing, after-hours coverage, lead response time)
- Navigate dealership decision-making process (you know how to get owner + GM + service manager buy-in)
- Negotiate pricing and close deals (avg deal size $500-$800/month = $6K-$9.6K annual contract)
- Manage pipeline in CRM with accurate forecasting
Account Management & Expansion (10%):
- Ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Identify upsell/expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Generate referrals from satisfied customers
✅ Automotive Software/Tech Sales Experience: 2+ years selling SaaS, CRM, DMS, F&I products, BDC solutions, or dealership technology directly to auto dealerships
✅ Proven Track Record: Documented quota attainment (80%+ of quota for past 12 months minimum)
✅ Dealership Network: Existing relationships with independent dealers, BHPH operators, or dealer groups (especially in Georgia/Southeast)
✅ High-Volume Outbound: Comfortable making 50-100+ calls/day and driving your own pipeline
✅ Consultative Selling: Ability to uncover pain points, demonstrate ROI, and navigate multi-stakeholder dealership decisions
✅ Georgia-Based: Must live in Georgia (Atlanta metro preferred) or willing to relocate immediately
✅ Valid Driver's License: You'll be visiting dealerships in person 2-3 days/week
✅ CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
STRONGLY PREFERRED:🎯 Specific Experience With:
- DealerSocket, VinSolutions, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, ProMax, or other dealership CRM/DMS platforms
- BDC training/tools, call tracking, lead management solutions
- F&I products, compliance software, or dealership operations technology
- Independent dealer/BHPH market (vs. franchise-only experience)
🎯 Industry Connections:
- GIADA membership or active participation in dealer associations
- Relationships with 50+ Georgia dealerships
- Known in Georgia independent dealer community
🎯 Sales Methodology:
- MEDDIC, Sandler, Challenger, or similar structured sales approach
- Experience with deal sizes $5K-$15K annual contract value
- Consultative/value-based selling (not transactional)
- Former BDC manager, service manager, or dealership operations background (then moved to vendor side)
- Experience selling AI/automation solutions
- Familiarity with dealership phone systems, IVR, call routing
- Spanish language skills (many independent dealers are bilingual)

✅ Loves the hunt - You're energized by cold calling, door-knocking dealerships, and building pipeline from scratch
