Frontend-Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js)

About the Role

• We are looking for a Frontend-Driven Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Next.js and solid backend fundamentals in Node.js.
• The ideal candidate should be passionate about building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications and have exposure to AI tools and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive and reusable UI components using React.js.
• Optimize frontend performance using lazy loading, memoization, and code splitting.
• Collaborate with designers for pixel-perfect UI/UX implementation.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs using Node.js.
• Work with databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Participate in architecture discussions and resolve production issues.
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot to improve productivity.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in React.js (3+ years).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
• Experience in state management (Redux, Context API, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Node.js, Express or NestJS.
• Experience with REST API development.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL (preferred) and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms.

AI Awareness

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude.
• Basic understanding of integrating AI APIs into applications.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js or GraphQL.
• Knowledge of real-time systems (WebSockets).
• Exposure to AI-powered applications or features.
