Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Associate located in North Charleston, SC. The Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting eyewear that suits their preferences, needs, and style. Responsibilities include maintaining store visuals, managing inventory, achieving sales goals, processing transactions, and contributing to a positive in-store environment. Associates will also stay up to date with product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers, understand their needs, and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
• Sales and Product Knowledge: Experience in retail sales, ability to achieve sales targets, and familiarity with high-end fashion or performance eyewear products.
• Time Management and Organization: Capable of handling responsibilities such as inventory management, store organization, and multitasking in a dynamic retail setting.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail, fashion, or customer service is a plus.
