Due to the expansion of our business in Georgia, we are looking for a strong Key Account Manager / Sales Manager who is result-oriented and focused on developing the partner network and achieving sales targets..

Active Sales and Partner Development
- Achieve individual sales targets
- Conduct regular meetings and negotiations with clients
- Identify partner needs and prepare tailored solutions
- Acquire new clients and develop existing accounts
- Expand the product portfolio within existing partners
- Prepare and send price lists
- Regularly distribute updated prices and promotional offers
- Prepare commercial proposals together with the Product / Business Manager
- Negotiate special terms and project pricing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor deal profitability and margins
- Control accounts receivable
- Manage overdue payments and ensure financial discipline
- Manage the full order cycle from request to shipment
- Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate with the warehouse
- Work in internal systems (AX and CRM)
- Coordinate with logistics and finance departments
- Work closely with Product / Business Managers on project opportunities
- Share market insights on demand and competitors
- Participate in launching new products
- Plan sales activities with key accounts
- Experience in sales (preferably in IT distribution or the technology sector)
- Strong negotiation and client communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving KPI and sales targets
- Understanding of pricing and margin management
- Experience working with accounts receivable
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Excel
- Proactive attitude and responsibility for results

Working Conditions
