DetailBuitelaar Production UK Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the integrity and quality of our data, while transforming raw information into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making at the senior management level.   • Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues across multiple internal data sources.
  • Design and implement data cleansing processes and procedures to improve overall data accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain and monitor data integrity standards, flagging anomalies and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Work closely with relevant teams to establish and enforce data governance best practices.
  • Document data cleansing workflows, transformation logic, and data dictionaries for internal use.

Reporting & Insights

  • Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reports tailored to senior management requirements.
  • Present data findings in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translate complex data sets into actionable business insights that support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from senior leadership in a timely and accurate manner.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection, storage, and reporting processes.
  • Support the wider business in developing a data-driven culture through training and knowledge sharing.

Skills & ExperienceEssential

  • Proven experience or education in a data analysis.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable

  • Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Exposure to ERP or production management systems.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or supply chain environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data cleansing and data quality management techniques.
  • Experience working with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
