About the Role
Senior leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. Oversees a multi-brand portfolio with distinct identities and go-to-market strategies. Manages marketing project manager and brand marketing coordinators. Highly cross-functional—partners with Creative, Digital, Communications, Product, and Division Presidents. Key focus on driving brand growth, cross-brand synergies, and measurable marketing impact. Strong emphasis on luxury positioning, design-led storytelling, and trade channel engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across six brands
- Build annual and long-range marketing plans aligned to sales, product launches, and channels
- Lead campaign development across print, digital, experiential, and trade events
- Identify and execute cross-brand opportunities to maximize reach and efficiency
- Manage marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of all initiatives
- Partner with Sales to drive trade programs, showroom activations, and event strategy
- Leverage CRM data to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value
- Track KPIs and present performance insights to executive leadership
- Oversee production of brand assets (lookbooks, catalogs, sales tools, campaigns)
- Lead and develop marketing team while fostering high-performance culture
- Manage marketing budgets with focus on ROI and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing experience with 4+ years at Director level
- Experience managing multi-brand portfolios with distinct positioning (B2B + B2C)
- Strong integrated marketing expertise (campaigns, trade shows, product launches, digital)
- Deep knowledge of luxury/home furnishings ecosystem and trade channels
- Proven leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams
Required Skills
- Experience in outdoor furniture, luxury interiors, or premium home goods
- Existing relationships within design, architecture, or hospitality communities
- Experience with trade shows and luxury consumer events
Preferred Skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Design, or Business
The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $145,000. This position includes Benefits available to full-time professionals, include medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401(k), etc..
