About the role

As a Recruiter (Global Markets) at Success Matcher Recruitment, LLC., you will play a vital role in sourcing and securing top talent for our esteemed clients across diverse global markets. This is a full-time position based in the Philippines, offering the opportunity to work with a wide range of international companies and collaborate with our talented team of recruitment professionals. Key Responsibilities - Source and engage high-caliber candidates across global markets - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, coordination, and offer closing - Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future roles - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring requirements - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process - Meet and exceed placement and revenue targets

Qualifications

Required: - At least 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting - Demonstrated success in candidate placements - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Preferred: - Experience in legal, fintech, technology, or startup hiring - Exposure to US or UK recruitment markets - Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and Boolean search Compensation - Base Salary: PHP 40,000 per month - Commission: Uncapped Potential total earnings range from PHP 300,000 to PHP 1,500,000+, depending on performance and successful placements.
