Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training)

About The Role

We're partnering with leading AI research teams to build smarter, more accurate AI systems — and we need health informatics experts to help get it right. As a Health Informatics Analyst, you'll apply your real-world experience with EHR systems and healthcare data to evaluate, improve, and validate AI outputs in the clinical and health information domain.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your domain expertise directly shapes how AI understands and reasons about healthcare.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content for clinical accuracy, logical consistency, and quality
  • Apply your knowledge of EHR systems, clinical workflows, and health data standards to assess and improve AI outputs
  • Identify errors, gaps, or misleading information in AI-generated responses related to health informatics
  • Provide structured, detailed feedback using evaluation frameworks and rating rubrics
  • Contribute to data quality reviews and annotation tasks tied to clinical and operational healthcare scenarios
  • Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments

Who You Are

  • Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for accuracy and data integrity
  • Familiar with health data standards, clinical terminology, and healthcare workflows
  • Able to communicate complex findings clearly in writing
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • No prior AI experience required — your healthcare expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
  • Background in health information management, clinical decision support, or interoperability standards
  • Familiarity with tools like SQL, Tableau, or HL7/FHIR frameworks
