Join the Dahl Subaru Toyota team in Sheboygan, WI as our next Service Manager! We are seeking a high-energy and experienced Service Manager to lead our incredible service team, and help create a "blow your mind, gotta tell my friends about you" guest experience!

Responsibilities
- Make sure guests receive prompt, friendly courteous service
- Serve as a liaison between techs, advisors and guests
- Manage, hire, and train service advisors and technicians
- Passion to achieve high standards
- Must be able to forecast budgets and set goals for department
- Manage the payroll within the department
- Responsible for profitability and CSI in the department- meeting internal and manufacturer expectations
- Previous automotive service management experience
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong focus and commitment to customer service and satisfaction
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
