What You’ll Do
As a Virtual Sales Development Specialist, you’ll meet with warm, pre-qualified leads to assess their needs and help them find the right coverage. No cold calls, door knocking, or chasing friends and family.
- Work virtually with clients to provide custom life insurance solutions
- Use company-provided inbound leads—no prospecting required
- Get licensed with our full support and training (if not already licensed)
- Follow up and maintain professional, clear communication
- Manage your own schedule while hitting team and personal goals
- Keep track of leads, activity, and progress using digital tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen
- Comfortable working online and managing your time independently
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Committed to honesty, consistency, and putting clients first
- Commission-only with no cap on earnings
