POSITION SCOPE
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter to support recruiting activities for our clients.
The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates, reviewing resumes, screening potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and conducting interviews. This person will work closely with the Hiring Manager and Executive Recruiters, supporting all recruiting-related activities throughout the search process.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
- Participate in client meetings to gather key information about the project, role requirements, and candidate qualification criteria
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruiting tools
- Screen candidate resumes and assess suitability for open positions
- Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate technical and soft skills, experience, and overall fit
- Prepare progress reports and candidate profile reports to share with the internal team and clients
- Update clients regularly on hiring progress (e.g., number of screened candidates, pipeline status, search progress)
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for clients when needed
- Coordinate and facilitate candidate-client interviews and prepare candidates accordingly
- Conduct post-interview debriefs with both candidates and clients, addressing feedback, concerns, and objections
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, including resumes, interview evaluations, and search activity
- Support the team in managing and developing the client portfolio
- Support offer management and salary negotiations between candidates and clients, helping facilitate successful placements and ensuring a smooth closing process
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the recruiting process, ensuring clear communication, regular updates, and smooth coordination across all stages of the search
- Support the team in managing the portfolio of clients
KILLS AND EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work effectively within a small team environment
- Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
- Hands-on attitude with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Previous recruiting experience required, preferably within executive search, staffing, or talent acquisition
