Backend Developer (C# / .NET / Azure)

£575–£600/day (Inside IR35)

6 Months / Remote-first


Working with a leading consultancy engaged on a major programme within a payments organisation, we’re looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join a high-performing engineering team delivering scalable, cloud-native services.


We require applicants to have a background within banking, financial services/payments.


Required Experience


  • Strong backend development experience with C# / .NET
  • Proven experience working within Azure cloud environments
  • Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems
  • Experience with AKS, Service Bus, APIM
  • Strong SQL and data modelling experience
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile delivery teams
