Qualifications.

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer - with deep technical expertise in BE, AI tools, ML and automated systems. You should be ready to join our mission to democratize AI and technology – building intelligent systems that create real access and real impact.

You bring:

• Strong backend architecture and system design experience
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools, multi-agent systems, automation pipelines, and ML-powered applications
• Experience building scalable APIs and data-driven systems
• Proven experience delivering and operating product systems at scale
• Mature project management skills
• DevOps maturity: CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, reliability, and cost optimization
• End-to-end product ownership mindset
• A commitment to high standards – for yourself, your deliverables, and the systems you build
• 5-7+ years of professional software engineering experience

Your role.

You will lead our technology and engineering efforts, ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, secure, and built for long-term growth. Working closely with our team in Asia, you will remain hands-on while establishing strong engineering foundations. This role combines technical ownership, infrastructure ownership, and execution – shaping both our product and our engineering standards.

You will:

• Drive the technical priorities in alignment with the product and operational roadmap
• Own the end-to-end architectures, ensuring code quality, security, and deployment stability
• Lead the overall project – plan sprint, run daily check-ins, manage the dev process to deliver on time
• Lead development of advanced AI modules and automation systems.
• Establish and enforce DevOps and deployment best practices
• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure, ensuring performance, uptime, and security
• Optimize infrastructure and AI/LLM costs through smart system design and automation
• Manage and collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams while still being hands-on to ship features in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the founder, product, and operations teams to deliver impactful features quickly
