Overview

The Full Stack Engineer will support the development and enhancement of modern web applications that power customer‑facing experiences and internal business platforms. This role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, requiring the ability to work across frontend and backend systems while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modern, responsive user interfaces using current JavaScript frameworks
• Develop backend services and APIs that support application functionality and integrations
• Own features end‑to‑end, from UI through backend implementation
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack
• Contribute to platform modernization, performance improvements, and ongoing enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-7+ years of full stack software development experience
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Java, or .NET
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Next.js/Nuxt.js
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript across the stack
• Ability to work across multiple tech stacks and adapt to different frontend/backend combinations
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to Have

• Experience working in mixed-stack environments, such as:
• Node.js + React/Next.js
• Node.js + Vue/Nuxt.js
• Java or .NET + React or Vue
• Exposure to both Node.js and Java/.NET ecosystems
• Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), event-driven architecture, etc..

• Adapting as priorities shift while maintaining quality and velocity
