Account Manager Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, satisfaction, and growth opportunities
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality service performance
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and address any issues promptly to maintain service standards
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients to expand our offerings and increase revenue
- Utilize CRM software to document client interactions, track service delivery, and manage schedules
- Collaborate with internal teams including accounting and operations to resolve client concerns and streamline processes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or facility management preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
