As a Technical Specialist – Strategic IT Procurement, you will be responsible for an important part of the procurement process and the strategic management of IT devices.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategic Procurement Management
• Develop purchasing strategies for required IT hardware
• Define and review device configurations from various manufacturers based on different customer needs
• Read configuration files and verify the accuracy of offers and manufacturer setups for requested devices
• Supplier Management
• Evaluate suppliers and their specific offers based on criteria such as price, innovation capability, and quality
• Stakeholder Communication
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure reporting and documentation standards for both internal and external purposes

• Excellent written and spoken English skills; additional languages are a plus
• Several years of experience in IT procurement, ideally in IT and smart devices (configured workplaces)
• Strong technical understanding and affinity for IT
• Experience with procurement tools and ERP systems
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
