Head of Product Development, North America
This is a rare chance to join a business at a defining point.
Scaling Fintech Capital Markets | New York | Hybrid/Remote with travel | Competitive salary + discretionary bonus + options
Core3 are partnered with a fast scaling fintech within the capital markets space, founded in London. We’re an AI-powered capital markets technology business helping global financial institutions simplify and manage complex debt market workflows.
Our platform is already live with Tier 1 banking clients and supports critical workflows across origination, servicing, rate-setting, payment waterfalls, agent task management, counterparty collaboration, reporting and intelligence.
We’re now hiring a Head of Product Development, North America to become the senior product and delivery anchor for our NAM growth.
Why this role matters
This is not a pure product strategy role. It is not a standard delivery role either.
You’ll sit at the intersection of product, enterprise client delivery, technical teams and senior banking stakeholders. You’ll own major client workstreams, build trust with Tier 1 banks, translate complex debt capital markets requirements into structured product delivery, and make sure nothing gets dropped.
You’ll work closely with our Founder/CPO, CEO, Strategy & Ops team and future CTO as we scale beyond our current platform and build the next generation of Inveztor.
What you’ll be doing
- Own product delivery for North American Tier 1 banking clients.
- Act as the senior day-to-day client contact across live implementations.
- Translate complex client, product and DCM requirements into clear product backlogs.
- Manage multiple workstreams across product, technical, client and contractor teams.
- Balance client-specific requirements with long-term platform scalability.
- Support delivery across Origination, Servicing and Intelligence modules.
- Work with technical teams on integrations, data flows, AI features and platform evolution.
- Manage issue resolution, escalations and client communications with calm authority.
- Help reduce founder dependency by becoming the trusted delivery lead in the room.
- Build the operating rhythm for NAM as the business scales its US presence.
What we’re looking for
You’ll likely come from enterprise fintech, capital markets technology, banking technology delivery, or a B2B financial software environment.
You must have experience delivering complex software into Tier 1 banks or highly regulated financial institutions. Not just managing relationships. Actually delivering.
You’ll bring:
- Strong enterprise software delivery experience in financial services.
- Product ownership, roadmap and backlog management capability.
- Confidence working with senior banking stakeholders.
- Strong multi-workstream delivery discipline.
- Experience managing product, engineering, implementation or contractor pods.
- Enough technical depth to discuss integrations, architecture, data flows and AI use cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Calm, structured thinking under pressure.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to see the link between delivery, revenue and growth.
Debt capital markets knowledge is a strong plus. Appian, Pega, workflow automation, low-code platforms or capital markets implementation experience would also be valuable.
Where you might come from
Relevant backgrounds could include:
- Enterprise fintech implementation or client delivery leadership.
- Capital markets software vendors such as Broadridge, Finastra, FIS, Murex, Temenos, OSTTRA or similar.
- Product or delivery roles inside Tier 1 banks.
- B2B/B2E capital markets fintechs.
- Senior product, programme or implementation roles where you have owned regulated software delivery into large financial clients.
Why join
This is a rare chance to join a business at a defining point.
You’ll be close to the founders, close to the product, and close to the clients that will shape the next phase of growth. You’ll have real ownership, real visibility, and the chance to build something meaningful in North America from the ground up.
You’ll join a team with serious ambition, live Tier 1 clients, strong investor momentum and a clear plan to scale internationally.
Package
Competitive salary, discretionary bonus and options.
We’re open to candidates in New York or Toronto with North America strongly preferred. Travel will be part of the role, in the US and Europe at times.
