Opportunity: Benefits Manager This individual will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of our total rewards programs. The role will support a nationwide organization of over 235 hotels from coast to coast and four corporate offices. The individual will be a part of a dynamic HR team.
Working out of the Philadelphia Corporate Office and reporting to the Sr. Director of Total Rewards, the Manager will ensure that all benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement plans, time off, and employee wellness initiatives, remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with employee and company objectives.
