Our Inside Sales positions require hard-working individuals that thrive in a fast-paced organization and place a High Value on the Customer Journey.The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a strong passion for sales and success. You will be responsible for managing and growing assigned key accounts.


What will you do?

  • Develop relationships with decision makers and build champions
  • Develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities through phone, email, and video.
  • Maintain and Grow our Loyal Customer Base by Building Relationships and Solving Problems
  • Use Salesforce to effectively maintain an accurate pipeline of all sales opportunities, contacts and account history


Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: advance sales opportunities and retain business as recurring revenue
  • Quickly convert qualified leads to closed revenue
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of sales actions within CRM system
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure full customer service and improve sell-side opportunities
  • Have a High energy!
  • Be Self-motivated and self-managed
  • The ability to overcome objections and create solutions to solve problems
  • Commitment to providing an exceptional Customer Journey
  • Solving Problems while being a subject matter expert


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or at least 3 - 4 years of quota-carrying experience
  • Proven rapport and understanding of industrial markets such ac construction, agriculture, transportation etc.
  • Experience selling over the phone utilizing current technologies.
  • Track record of high achievement
  • The ability to make friends easily
  • Have a keen attention to detail and a do-it-right mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • High level of capacity to use phone, computer, and associated software.
