Group Supplier Manager at atNorth
You will play a critical role in shaping atNorth’s future growth by ensuring access to reliable, high-quality suppliers across the organization.
This position is central to building strong, long-term supplier partnerships that support scalability, resilience, and operational excellence.
As atNorth continues to expand, the Group Supplier Manager will be a key enabler of sustainable growth and supply chain integrity.
Based in either Sweden, Finland, or Denmark, you report to the Director of Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute group supplier strategies.
- Support Sourcing, Procurement, and Supplier Managers in assessing supplier performance and further strengthening strategic supplier partnerships.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute supplier audits.
- Support the Procurement Excellence Manager in developing and implementing world-class processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure supplier activities align with business requirements and sustainability objectives.
- Support internal teams with supplier management planning, documentation, and reporting.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the supplier governance model together with key stakeholders and key suppliers.
Combining analytical sharpness with a service-oriented mindset, you excel at complex supplier relations and stakeholder management.
You are equally comfortable driving day-to-day operations and contributing to long-term strategic planning.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in supplier management within datacenter, construction, or infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge in Data center technology such as reserve power and cooling infrastructure, as well as proven experience in working closely with General Contractors.
- Excellent analytical abilities with confidence in data interpretation and decision-making.
