making a growing web of data, logic, and dependencies behave like a clean, fast, reliable product

🧠 What you’ll be doing

You’ll sit right in the centre of that complexity.

• Design and scale backend systems as integration volume increases
• Improve performance, reliability, and data consistency across multiple external touchpoints
• Work on integration architecture
• (APIs, pipelines, event-driven flows, async processing)
• Contribute across the stack when needed (Vue / React)
• Act as a technical anchor for the team
• bring clarity when things get messy
• raise the bar without slowing people down

This is a role for someone who enjoys turning “this feels fragile” into “this just works”.

⚙️ Tech (today, not dogma)

• Python-heavy backend
• Modern frontend (React/Vue)
• AI embedded into product + workflows

They care more about how you approach problems than whether you tick every box.
