Essential Job Responsibilities:
Event Planning and logistics
Staff Training and Coordination:
- Manage a team of promoters to generate leads for the sales force across retail partnerships & events
- Manages the execution and logistics of retail shows and exhibitions, including set-up, break- down and transportation of the display/space, promotional items, literature, scripts and other details
- Interview, hire, train, teach, coach & evaluate promoters to achieve PJ Fitz company standards
- Maintain adequate staffing levels to hit budget goals. Work closely with recruiting to ensure the number of interviews needed to stay staffed
- Develop promoters' schedules to hit goals. Schedules are to always be 2 weeks out
- Consistent visits to promoters within retail & events spaces to coach, train, shadow and inspect what is expected in the field
Travel:50% - "Office" Market will be home location (Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey) - 1 Week in each of the other 2 Markets, 2 Weeks in Home Market. **Subject to change during Home Show Season to meet business needs.
Pay: Salary plus the potential of a monthly bonus!
