Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across publishers, affiliates, networks, agencies, and brands.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through qualification to deal progression.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs, challenges, and monetization goals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and a clean, transparent sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct intro calls and product discussions, coordinating next steps with senior Account Executives.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Account Management to refine targeting and messaging.
- Provide structured market feedback to support product development and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to building scalable sales processes, playbooks, and outbound frameworks.
- Track performance via reporting dashboards and communicate progress regularly.
- 1–2 years of experience in SDR/BDR/BDM/AE roles
- Experience in AdTech, performance marketing, publishers, or affiliate networks — major advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, persistent, and able to handle rejection professionally.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Flexible mindset is also very important
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment.
- English — native or near-native level.
- Additional languages a big plus
- Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player.
