Job Responsibilities:


1. Expansion Planning and Execution

a. Assist the Business Development Manager in the execution of new store openings, relocations, renovations and lease renewals.

b. Identify strategic locations for outlet expansion in line with the company sales growth target.

c. Take responsibility for all the leasing activities including new acquisition, renewal and termination across the Philippines.

d. Maintain good relationships with lessors and ensure that major lessors prioritize ZUS Coffee in their existing developments and future expansions.

e. Responsible for overseeing ongoing and upcoming projects, tracking progress, and assisting the relevant departments with any challenges they face during the construction period.

f. To supervise Junior Executives in executing tasks, plans, and projects.

g. Any ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by the Business Development Manager.


2. Market and Site Analysis

a. Assist the Business Development Manager in conducting market research to identify and evaluate potential expansion opportunities.

b. Analyze competitors and market trends to make informed recommendations for new store locations.

c. Support in demographic studies and market assessments to determine the feasibility of expansion into new areas.


3. Cross-Departmental Coordination

a. Work closely with the Design and Build team on project status and any concerns. Ensure that the outlets open on the agreed opening date while maintaining zero pre-opening rental and other charges.

b. Assist the Design and Build team in liaising with the lessor on any construction related concerns and ensure a smooth construction period.

c. Assist the Finance team in liaising with the lessor on any billing related concerns


4. Business Development Administration

a. Assist the Business Development Admin team with any documentation requests and concerns related to the lessors.

b. Ensure that all lease contracts are collected from the lessors. c. Assist the BDA team in obtaining the updated lessor information sheet from the lessors. d. Assist the BDA team in getting the information about pest control and utilities


5. Post-Opening Support

a. Assist the Business Development Manager in providing post-opening support to newly opened stores, ensuring they meet operational and sales targets.

b. Assist the Business Development Manager in gathering store performance data to provide actionable insights for future store openings.

c. Assist the Operations team with any operational concerns related to the lessor that may affect the outlet's sales performance.

d. Assist the Facilities Management team with any technical concerns related to the lessor that may affect the outlet's sales performance.

e. Sales Performance Review for the newly opened outlets.


Preferably living in North Luzon Area.

Salary Package: Php 50,000 - 60,000
