Overview:
This position serves as the primary business partner to the Support Functions (Finance and People) leadership teams. In this role, the Technology Business Partner will be responsible for defining and executing a digital roadmap for the Support Functions, enabling transformation for business processes and ensuring support for user groups within these functions. In this role, the individual will be responsible for driving and cascading digital strategy and roadmap, defining solution architecture and supporting deployment of the digital solutions for end-to-end processes within Support Functions. This role also applies product management principles to ensure continuous improvement and adoption of technologies that have been deployed to varying groups.
Responsibilities:
Business relationship management with Support Function stakeholders. Digital strategy and roadmap cascade and alignment with business stakeholders
- Working closely with respective stakeholders (Finance Leadership Team, People Leadership Team, Legal Leadership Team) to align a digital strategy & roadmap for implementation. This role will also be liaison between CCBPI and IT Hub Support Function teams.
Drive Digital Initiatives such eSourcing, Case Management, Talent Management, and Connected Planning and Connected Planning
- Identify opportunities to reduce the use of paper and digitize operational processes through the implementation of solutions such as eSourcing, Case Management, Talent Management, and Connected Planning
Ensure tight program/ project management and keeping all stakeholders informed.
Running proofs of concept for emerging technologies
Drive business intelligence and analytics for Support Functions
- Drive Business Intelligence through reporting automation and application of advanced analytics concepts to support decision making.
Requirements:
We seek preferably a graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or any related course with at least 5 years of experience IT, with focus on:
(1) ERP & HRIS related role,
(2) Managing business stakeholders or customers,
(3) Digital technologies (Mobile, Web), Enterprise Solution Needs and Innovative Solutions, and
(4) key industry trends in FMCG and new solutions/ capabilities available that possesses skills in:
- Strategic Planning, Analytics, and Specialist Advice;
- Demand Management, Financial Management, Business Architecture, Portfolio Management;
- Business Analysis, Requirements Definition and Management;
- Change Implementation Planning and management, Benefits Management Relationship Management, and Product Management;
- has Knowledge of ERP, HRIS, Enterprise Legal Systems; and
- has good understanding of different solutions and platforms available in industry.
