Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Nashville Area at our Cambria Airport Hotel Director of Sales. The Director of Sales will lead sales strategy and execution for the hotel, driving revenue growth through business development, managing sales operations, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities, leading and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service while achieving organizational objectives.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and facilitate guest satisfaction.
  • Experience in Team Management, with the ability to mentor, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve goals collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Business Development, including identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and driving growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Experience in hospitality sales is highly preferred, along with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
