Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lawrenceburg, TN. The Purchasing Associate/Buyer will be responsible for managing procurement activities, creating and processing purchase orders, sourcing materials and products, maintaining supplier relationships, and establishing improved lead times with all vendors through the manufacturing process. The role requires performing cost analysis, ensuring adherence to budgets, and evaluating vendor performance to optimize purchasing operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating and managing Purchase Orders
• Experience in Procurement and Purchasing processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess costs, trends, and vendor performance
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with ERP systems or related purchasing software is a plus
• Previous experience in supply chain or purchasing in the manufacturing or hospitality industry is preferred
• Proficiency in creating and working in the Google environment.
