We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our New Jersey-based sales organization. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a strategic and hands-on sales executive with experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, manufacturing, apparel, or related B2B industries.

Position OverviewThe Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading, developing, and growing the company’s sales organization while driving revenue growth and expanding market share across multiple verticals. This individual will oversee and mentor a team of approximately 8–10 sales representatives and account managers while helping shape sales strategy, client partnerships, and long-term business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented, with a strong background in B2B sales leadership, team management, account growth, and client relationship development within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–10 sales representatives and account managers
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market penetration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, key accounts, and strategic partners
- Establish sales goals, KPIs, forecasting, and accountability metrics for the team
- Oversee pipeline management, reporting, and sales performance analytics
- Identify new business opportunities, verticals, and partnership channels
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, design, operations, and marketing teams
- Participate in high-level client presentations, negotiations, and deal closings
- Help strengthen branding, go-to-market initiatives, and customer experience strategies
- Coach and develop team members to support performance, retention, and long-term growth
- 7–10+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in sales leadership or team management
- Experience managing and scaling high-performing B2B sales teams
- Background in promotional products, branded merchandise, manufacturing, apparel, packaging, or related industries strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of wholesale, account management, and relationship-driven sales models
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing strategic client relationships
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and forecasting abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth-focused environment
- $115,000 – $125,000 base salary plus commission/bonus opportunity
