Senior Executive Assistant

Our client, a leading Private Equity firm is seeking a proactive, highly organized professional to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.


The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, exceptionally detail-oriented, and able to navigate competing priorities with professionalism and sound judgment. You’ll play a critical role in keeping business operations running smoothly while supporting key initiatives, communications, events, and executive priorities.


Special Projects & Leadership Support

  • Enable the Business Head and leadership office to operate efficiently through strong communication, operational coordination, and strategic alignment
  • Draft and manage executive communications with a strong understanding of tone, messaging, and audience
  • Lead planning and execution of key organizational events, including Town Halls, social events, and annual celebrations
  • Partner with philanthropy and culture teams to coordinate charitable and community engagement initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement through internal newsletters, collaboration events, and culture-building programs
  • Champion an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner and strategic gatekeeper to senior leadership
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities with a high level of discretion and judgment
  • Lead and execute special projects with minimal oversight
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and project updates for leadership meetings
  • Coordinate and disseminate project documentation and communications across teams
  • Organize onsite and offsite meetings, team events, and leadership engagements
  • Draft executive communications and maintain organized documentation
  • Support culture-building initiatives, employee events, and internal communications

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of executive assistant and/or project management experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree required
