Senior Executive Assistant
Our client, a leading Private Equity firm is seeking a proactive, highly organized professional to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, exceptionally detail-oriented, and able to navigate competing priorities with professionalism and sound judgment. You’ll play a critical role in keeping business operations running smoothly while supporting key initiatives, communications, events, and executive priorities.
Special Projects & Leadership Support
- Enable the Business Head and leadership office to operate efficiently through strong communication, operational coordination, and strategic alignment
- Draft and manage executive communications with a strong understanding of tone, messaging, and audience
- Lead planning and execution of key organizational events, including Town Halls, social events, and annual celebrations
- Partner with philanthropy and culture teams to coordinate charitable and community engagement initiatives
- Drive employee engagement through internal newsletters, collaboration events, and culture-building programs
- Champion an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted partner and strategic gatekeeper to senior leadership
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities with a high level of discretion and judgment
- Lead and execute special projects with minimal oversight
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and project updates for leadership meetings
- Coordinate and disseminate project documentation and communications across teams
- Organize onsite and offsite meetings, team events, and leadership engagements
- Draft executive communications and maintain organized documentation
- Support culture-building initiatives, employee events, and internal communications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive assistant and/or project management experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree required
