An excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading electrical contractor specialising in hyperscale and mission-critical data centre construction projects across the USA. Due to continued market growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are looking to strengthen their delivery team with experienced electrical construction professionals from within the data centre sector.


This business has built a strong reputation through technical delivery, long-term staff retention, and internal progression. You’ll join a collaborative environment with a strong support structure and clear progression routes into Senior Project Manager and Department Manager positions.


The Role as a Project Manager Will Include:

  • Managing the delivery of electrical construction packages on large-scale data centre projects
  • Overseeing project operations from early delivery through to completion and handover
  • Coordinating supervisors, subcontractors, procurement, and project schedules
  • Managing client communication and maintaining programme delivery targets
  • Supporting commercial, technical, and operational project requirements
  • Leading electrical construction teams within a fast-paced mission-critical environment
  • Driving quality, safety, and programme performance across project delivery


The Successful Project Manager Will Have:

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager within electrical construction
  • Strong data centre project experience is essential
  • Background working for an electrical contractor is essential
  • Proven experience managing electrical packages on large-scale construction projects
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Stable career history within electrical construction/project delivery
  • Commutable to Sterling or willing to travel as required
