Treasury Operations Analyst

A well-established and growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Treasury Ops Analyst to join its treasury team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in cash management, wire processing, ACH transactions, and bank reconciliations. You will partner with professionals across accounting, taxation, and operations to ensure the smooth and accurate movement of funds across the organization.
In This Role, You Will:- Process and manage daily wire transfers (domestic and international), ACH transactions, and other fund movements in accordance with internal control policies
- Monitor cash positions and fund bank accounts for general business needs as they arise
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple entities, identifying and resolving discrepancies between bank activity and internal systems
- Manage check activity across multiple business entities, tracking outstanding items and ensuring proper recording throughout the month
- Partner with the Wire Verification Team to ensure timely and accurate wire processing
- Validate GL codes for transactions and inter-company payments, obtaining necessary supporting documentation
- Collaborate with Legal and Banking partners to facilitate the opening and maintenance of bank accounts
- Ensure adherence to internal treasury policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in audits, internal control reviews, and the implementation of system enhancements
- Contribute to treasury automation initiatives and process improvement projects
- Collaborate with technology teams to enhance funds transfer workflows, dashboards, and exception monitoring tools
- 2+ years of experience in cash management, wire processing, ACH operations, treasury, funds processing, or back/middle office operations at a broker-dealer, bank, or financial institution
- Hands-on experience with wire transfers, ACH processing, and bank reconciliations
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a highly confidential environment
- Experience with MS Excel required (VBA is a plus)
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
