• Strategy:Lead strategic planning and pipeline layout for innovative drugs.
• Ops:Manage the full lifecycle from lab-scale synthesis to commercial manufacturing.
• Team:Build an international team and attract top-tier global talent.
• Compliance:Ensure GMP compliance (FDA/EMA/NMPA) and lead global filings.

📋 | Qualifications

Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry/Pharmacy from world-renowned overseas universities.

10+ years exp.; 5+ years as R&D Director in US/EU MNCs.

Proven track record of leading projects from Pre-clinical to NDA/Market Launch.

Deep knowledge of GMP/Regulatory Affairs; Fluent in English.

Location: Taizhou, Zhejiang. Full-time commitment (min. 9 months/year).
