Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Relationship Manager to drive business growth by nurturing existing client accounts, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in staffing sales, strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for and develop new business relationships with potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Identify and evaluate client staffing needs and match them with available resources
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing for favorable outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery
  • Attend networking and industry events to generate new business leads
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of proven success in staffing sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Deep understanding of the staffing industry and market trends
  • Consultative selling approach and strong client relationship skills
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing capabilities
  • Results-driven mindset focused on exceeding sales targets
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
