Operation officer to manage, coordinate and support the matters of the who will be performing with below major angles among COO teams:

• Strategy Articulation & Roadmap - convert high-level vision into actionable.
• Opeational redesign - evaluate process and analysis to provide better digital solution
• Digital and AI tool intergration - align regional strategic to support operation on relevant transformations through identifying internal resistance, upskilling workforce and fostering a culture of digital innovation.
• Governance management - oversee the transformation management office.
• Data mining to conduct analysis and come out insign to senior managers for decisioning
• Coordinating people engagement events
• Coordinating regular/project updates
