Job Description

  • Handle policy conservation tasks, including renewals, amendments, and retention initiatives. 處理保單保全作業，包括續保、異動及留存計畫。
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve conservation-related issues. 與客戶及內部團隊協調，解決保全相關問題。
  • Monitor and report conservation KPIs (e.g., retention rates, renewal success). 監控並報告保全績效指標（如留存率、續保成功率）。
  • Support process improvement and digital transformation projects. 協助流程優化及數位轉型專案。
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. 確保遵循公司政策及法規要求。

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field. 商業、保險或相關科系學士學位。
  • 1–3 years’ experience in conservation, operations, or insurance. 1–3年保全、營運或保險相關經驗。
  • Strong communication and organizational skills. 良好溝通及組織能力。
  • Proficiency in MS Office and policy management systems. 熟悉MS Office及保單管理系統。
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused. 注重細節，具客戶導向。
