What Is the Job?
Your mission is to create and grow revenue.
Hunting (60%)
● Prospect and develop new industrial clients.
● Get in front of plant managers, maintenance leaders, and decision-makers.
● Build a pipeline and close new opportunities.
● Stay proactive—this role rewards those who go get it.
Farming (40%)
● Grow and retain existing accounts.
● Build strong, trusted relationships inside customer facilities.
● Identify additional opportunities within current clients.
● Partner with operations to ensure successful execution and repeat business.
What That Looks Like Day-to-Day
● Time in the field meeting customers and prospects.
● Walking plants, identifying needs, and creating solutions.
● Coordinating with operations to deliver what you sell.
● Managing your territory like it’s your own business.
Travel: Up to 50% (Atlanta, North GA, West GA).
