As a Sales Account Manager Food Colors, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary, uncapped bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits package, all while selling our top-shelf, value-added natural colors portfolio to prestigious clients across Central America & Caribbean, with base in Alajuela (Costa Rica).

What you’ll do:

• Your focus will be on delivering new sales opportunities and solutions with existing accounts mainly in natural colors conversion, as well as developing new customers for our Colors business including distribution channels.
• With your excellent customer service orientation, prospecting, communication and negotiation skills, you will grow our sales revenue and build successful, long-term client relationships and business pipeline.

• The ability to working cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational and Service teams.
• Your sales experience in a B2B sales environment, food ingredients, specialty chemicals, or other value-added ingredients.
• Fluent level of English.
• Ability to travel across the region of responsibility.
