Field Engagement Manager – Defense Accounts
AGF Talent is recruiting on behalf of a well-funded defense technology company whose SaaS analytics platform is used across multiple U.S. military branches and federal agencies.
The Role
This is a field-based role with extensive travel. You will own a portfolio of Army, Air Force, or Space Force accounts managing renewals, driving expansion revenue, and leading platform delivery on installation.
Expect to travel overnight to bases weekly. If that travel tempo doesn't work for you, this role isn't for you.
You'll translate mission requirements into software use cases, lead delivery teams, manage senior government relationships, and close upsell and renewal opportunities; all within the same accounts.
Compensation: $160K–$220K base | $310K+ OTE | Uncapped bonus | Relocation assistance available
What We're Looking For
- Direct experience working with or selling to Army, Air Force, or Space Force programs
- Experience in account management, client engagement, consulting, or project delivery
- Enterprise SaaS fluency; renewals, expansion, and delivery ownership
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Willingness to travel 50-75%, primarily to domestic military installations
- Active clearance preferred. High-growth or startup background a plus.
