The role
You'll be the person who brings clarity and structure to how we build. Your job is to make everyone's life easier—engineers, designers, clients, and leadership—by ensuring priorities are clear, requirements are well-defined, and problems are spotted before they become blockers.
You'll work closely with a team of 5 engineers and report directly to the CTO. You're not here to dictate what gets built; you're here to make sure what we decide to build gets built well, on time, and for the right reasons.
This isn't a role where you write tickets and hand them off. You'll be in the thinking process from the very beginning, down to the details—scoping features, making trade-offs, anticipating problems before they surface, and ensuring we're always working on what matters most.
What You'll Do
- Define product priorities and roadmap in collaboration with the founders
- Translate client needs and business objectives into clear, actionable requirements
- Manage multiple projects in parallel without letting things slip through the cracks
- Work across the full stack of roles: clients, engineers, designers, data specialists
- Make smart trade-offs: identify the 20% of effort that delivers 80% of value
- Anticipate risks and blockers; address them before they become problems
- Own documentation: specs, user stories, release notes, client-facing materials
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Excellent English, written and spoken
- Strong written communication: you can write clear specs, PRDs, and client-facing documentation
- Highly organised: you keep track of many moving pieces without losing clarity
- Technical literacy: you understand technical discussions and the challenges inherent to building a SaaS product
- Business-minded: you keep the "why" in focus and make decisions that serve it
- Proactive and autonomous: you see what needs doing and do it
- Experience in intelligence, Social Media, Security, Video analytics or adjacent domains
- Familiarity with data-intensive or analytics products
- Background working in early-stage or small-team environments
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Strong written communication: you can write clear specs, PRDs, and client-facing documentation
- Highly organised: you keep track of many moving pieces without losing clarity
- Technical literacy: you understand technical discussions and the challenges inherent to building a Data-driven SaaS product
- Proficient in AI-based technologies
- Experience in intelligence, Social Media, Security, Video analytics or adjacent domains
