Executive Assistant

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed tech company on the search for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership during a pivotal stage of growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in startup environments, loves building structure in the middle of chaos, and operates as a true strategic partner to ambitious founders and executives.

This is not a traditional EA role. The ideal candidate is scrappy, highly resourceful, tech-savvy, and energized by the pace and intensity of scaling a business.

What You’ll Own

• Manage complex, ever-changing calendars and high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, offsites, board meetings, and leadership logistics
• Act as a true gatekeeper and thought partner — protecting executive time, prioritizing competing demands, and keeping leadership focused on high-leverage work
• Help drive operational efficiency across the leadership team and broader organization
• Partner cross-functionally with investors, operators, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Anticipate problems before they happen and execute quickly with minimal direction
• Leverage modern tools, AI, and automation to improve workflows and create scale

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years supporting founders, C-suite leaders, or senior executives in startup, VC, tech, or high-growth environments
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and judgment
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments where priorities shift constantly
• Highly proactive with a “figure-it-out” mentality and exceptional follow-through
• Naturally organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Tech-forward mindset with strong proficiency across modern productivity tools and systems
