The Opportunity

You will lead a critical function at the heart of the business—supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and continuous improvement—with a clear mandate to:

• Lift performance across a national manufacturing footprint
• Drive lean, Six Sigma and operational excellence capability
• Lead automation, capital investment and efficiency programs
• Optimise S&OP, inventory, DIFOT and cost-to-serve
• Build a high-performing, future-ready operations team

This is a role for someone who thrives on building capability, scaling operations and delivering measurable impact.

What You Will Bring

• Proven success leading multi-site manufacturing or industrial operations
• Deep expertise across end-to-end supply chain (plan, source, make, deliver)
• Strong capability in lean, Six Sigma, CI and operational transformation
• Experience delivering automation, footprint optimisation and capital projects
• Commercial acumen with a track record of cost reduction and EBITDA improvement
• Ability to lead and influence at executive, site and shop-floor level
