As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of this evolution, keeping our customer-centric approach and putting the heart back into insurance as we develop new propositions from idea through to customer launch. Working in an agile environment, you'll bring energy to our strategies on key changes for the business, acting as the glue that holds different teams together. Enjoy flexible working options with a hybrid pattern, combining remote work with regular collaboration in our London or Bournemouth office.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £60,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
- Shaping loose briefs into actionable plans for the business.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to bridge business functions and technical teams.
- Bringing strategic vision to life with a hands-on approach.
- Communicating effectively with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Engaging in insightful problem-solving to address unanticipated challenges.
- Managing your time autonomously while being supported by your team.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in bridging business and technical requirements.
- Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving.
- Experience in the General Insurance sector and strategic planning.
